What does “unlimited avatar minutes” mean?

MeshLite doesn’t charge per minute for the avatar. Your plan sets how many conversations can run at the same time, not how long they last. Your voice and AI providers bill you separately for their own usage.

What counts as a simultaneous session?

A conversation that is active at the same time as others. It is not a monthly or lifetime allowance: when a conversation ends, its slot is free for the next one.

Which voice and AI providers can I use?

Paid plans let you bring your own voice and language-model providers, with your own API keys and direct billing, for example OpenAI gpt-live-1. The full list is in the docs.

Which browsers and devices are supported?

The avatar runs in your visitor’s browser, on desktop and mobile. Supported browsers and minimum devices are listed in the docs.

Which languages can the avatar speak?

Any language your voice and AI providers support. Visitors can choose their conversation language, as in the demo above.

How does the quality compare to cloud-rendered avatars?

MeshLite uses the same AI generation technology to create the avatar. The difference is where it’s animated: in the visitor’s browser instead of a remote server. The quickest way to judge is to try the live demo.

Can I remove the MeshLite watermark?

Yes, on Plus and Business. Free and Lite keep MeshLite attribution.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Console.
